Dear customer, Thank you for your message. Some hubs in this series require a certain running-in period because the bearing surfaces are not repolished. That is why the product is so cheap. The lubrication in the bearing itself also has to be sufficiently distributed. The hub turns much more easily after 50-100 km and you are welcome to test this.
