i would like to share this most terrible shopping experience with all the consumers who are interested in the website https://www.tacwrk.com/. i never see this company who can treat the consumer in such rude and rogue way. you are not fascinated by fancy wesite. my story is live example. please don not make any compain through instagram or facebook, beacuse they will delete any negative comment immedicately. you can rely on Etrusted . so i share the whole story with all the friends in order to avoid unnecesary loss. In March, 2022, i find this website and make inquiry by email , then make a order with the amount of EUR 6455.73. when they confirmed the receipt of payment , two hours later, they said they will cancel the order due to some confusing reasons, after the arguement , they agree to make this order. they treat the deal like this riduculous way. this is only beginning of this nightmares. in order to saving the cost of transportation, TACWRK choose the DHL parket instead DHL Express, DHL parket will in charge of transparton before entering Hungary, then Hungary post will take over the delivery work inside Hungary. Hungary post is a subcontractor to DHL parket and they will check the actual weight of all parcel when they receive it. for my parcel , Hungary post find the weight is less then the orgianl when they receive it and make lable indicating the actual weight in parcel and informed DHL parket immedicately , when i found the goods with the value of EUR 1896 are missing , i immedicately make pictures and inform TACWRK. Afterwards, Hungary post issued the offical statment for the weight loss and clarify all the loss was happening before the parcel enterring into Hungary. After communication with TACWRK for 10 months , reply was always slow , they will find kinds of excuse to avoid the topic of compensation , including their CEO, they only said this is caused by Hungary post, beacuse they know only insisting on this , they have no responsiblity and ask the customer to make claim to Hungary post,they never mention this is caused by DHL packet. DHL packet can not provide any evidance , however, they donn't recongize Hungary post evidance as compensation procedure. all the dispute should be settled by DHL Packet, after all DHL packet subcontract to Hungary post. i make order directly with TACWRK not carrier, any loss i will firstly make claim to you. you choose carrier, not me, now you will ask me to take the risk of transportion. all the arugement between carrier you ask me to make. it is so crazy. now all the evidance has pointed to DHL Packet. however, you can not take care of DHL packet , as mentioned in your email, no body in DHL Packet react you and just ask Hungarian post to issue the damage report. They know Hungary post can not issue damage report. only the damage happen in Hungary, they can issue it , otherwise they only can make offical stament. i make too much work to communicate with Carrier. This is already beyond the consummers scope from the beginning , TACWRK are always trying to avoid the reponsiblity and obligation they should take , breach of duty. In a word, when you make order with TACWRK, please be careful. because the order can not been guaranteed completed. all the loss and damage they can not admit. all the compensation they can not promise. their excuse is only one that is done by carrier, please make claim to them. but you have no choice to choose carrier.

Your irresponsible reply is too ridiculous. firstly, you paid DHL in Germay to arrange this delivery, you have no contract relelation to Hungarian post, in order to saving money, DHL make subcontract to Hungarian post for delivery work in Hungary , now there was loss happening, it is certain for DHL to take charg of this loss, beacuse DHl is first person in charge. secondly, Hungarian post has already provided all the evidance proving the loss was happend in Germany. beacuse they recivied the parcel with the weight less than the orgianl one. They has informed DHL in time. Hungarina post was not responsible for any loss happend outside Hungary, how can i ask for the compensation ? all the picture i had send to you when i received the parcel . such simple business principle it is terrible for you not to understand. Third, there is big problem with your package , you only fasten the two side of the box with the belt , there was no protection way of other two ends, it leads to big open of other ends when transportation , it is so heavy box, and when the ends are too open, it could be very easily to take out of the clothes . please don not say you prove everyting is fine. this is big problem. so it could be already stolen in Germay when transporation. finally, from the begining, DHL has not provide any evidance the weight ihas no loss when the parcel entering Hungary, what you say is total you don not want pay any compenssation, i make order with you , not dircetly with any express company, when the loss is happening, you are first person to be responsible, it is very rediculou for you to asking the customer to get commpensation from the party who is not respnsbile for this loss.

this company is so shit, in april last year , i make an order in the amount of 6,455 Eur, but i received the delivery only in the amount 4,559 Eur , the goods in the amount of 1,890 Eur are lost, through almost one year communciation, from the beginning, this company was always talking he was not responsible , i provided all the evidence and statement from Hungarian post , they just said they were not responsible for the loss, all the reply were negative and disgusting. i make big complain for this company , now , no answer when you send you email regarding the compensation. i never see so disgusting compan ever. when you make shopping ,please be careful, all the commitment and obligation post at website is bullshit.
