Hello dear customer, Thank you very much for your feedback. Feedback like this is very important to us and is the only way we can get to the bottom of errors. I have researched both cases and have come to the following conclusions: Shipment number: The shipment number we sent is correct, but unfortunately DHL did not update the tracking number. I have just phoned DHL and they say that it should not be normal and they have apologised. I hope this was a one-off mistake. Regarding the issue with the weight: We normally only receive this customer complaint if the customer takes the weight off the disc and not what we write on the label. Unfortunately, the weight stated by the manufacturer is not always correct, which is why we weigh them again and print the actual weight on our sticker. The Järn was ordered with 176g and we weighed 176.3g The Kaxe was ordered with 175g, but unfortunately we no longer have any records of it. But of course we can also make mistakes, if this is the case, then we are very sorry! Greetings Sven
