Is “requesting” a bespoke tray for “new game sets” an option? I struggle finding a suitable foam tray ‘1-48 Tactic’ figs & terrain pieces ... it would be super if one could order a specific designed tray for these instead of the ‘pluck’ trays. But super range & products nevertheless!!!

Love these products! My only complaint is the Jaws of the Lion foam insert. I find the instructions for using it could be better. It almost looks like the QR code takes me to a video of a different version than what I got so I’m left to figuring it out on my own to some degree. The paper instructions are along the same lines. It’s great that I’m given a spoiler alert before watching the video but stinks that I have to watch the video anyways. Box products were shipped in was MANGLED and I thought for sure that would have been damaged. Nothing was and honestly unless it happened in their shipping department there’s not much Feldherr can do considering it came from Germany. Looking forward to ordering again. mehr... weniger

I would love a transport system where the half-trays could be slid out like shelves to access minis as needed at the table, without unstacking everything from a box. The magnetic boxes in a backpack sitting upright come close, but still have to be stacked and unstacked for access.

I am very happy with my MAXI and MAXI plus bags with foam trays for specific miniatures. Now I can safely take them anywhere

I overall enjoyed the experience. The one thing that kept me from buying more products was the lack of foam trays for certain units in 40k. For example, I could not find any foam tray for the Triarch Stalker; a Necrons unit. That is what kept me from buying a lot more of your product. The board game product selection is amazing, though. The last thing I can recommend is that for the Blackstone Fortress expansions box I bought, there were not instructions shipped with it. Thus I am not sure which plastic trays and foam trays go with what. As these products were designed to fit all of the Blackstone Fortress expansions, there should be instructions showing which trays go with which expansions. mehr... weniger

I've always loved your inserts for games. They are sturdy yet light, provide protection and also speed set up. I'm happy you're expanded into more accessories. The card trays and box bands have really helped with organizing my collection and decluttering my game space.
