Never had a problem with anything ordered. Received in reasonable timeframe, with the tracking keeping me informed. One possibility for the future is that a 10mm option for the 'pick and pluck' could have allowed me greater customisation than the 15(? Is that the size?) BUT that's very much 'wish on a star' - as provided it was more than adequate. Excellent, and thank you. mehr... weniger

Only really popular boardgames are covered. And if asking if they can help with inserts for certain games no response is coming which is a shame. Would love to store my vampire hunters game in a single box feldherr sells with their foam but really i have no idea what to order for it. I have resident evil 2 in one box now instead of 11 which really saves space. Now make such a box for resident evil. mehr... weniger

Great Costumers Service. Some insert could have benefited from some extra information, like a suggestion where to put all the pieces. Andor Last hope didn't have one for example,and the photos online missed some information.

The foam sets are very well designed and they adapt perfectly to the original games' boxes. The miniatures' slots are spacious. The card and tiles trays are well made too and useful. I believe these foam sets are a must have for all the board game players, especially the ones that have painted their miniatures (like me); the foam is not going to scratch the paint from the miniatures and keep everything organized. mehr... weniger

Purchased some protective foam for my painted HeroQuest set. Reasonably priced and shipped quickly, although UK Customs decided to keep hold of it for a week but I am not holding that agaist the manufacturer, just bear in mind if you are ordering from the UK and want it fast. Your milage may vary. The foam itself is great and just what I was looking for to protect the hours of work I put into the mini's. mehr... weniger

It would be nicer to have all the foam components labeled because it’s a huge puzzle using pictures to find out what everything is used for. The larger foam trays in het Heroquest box should have had (at least aan option) for some kind of sturdy material for backing because it is very flimsy, especially when it is filled with stuff. I Like the HQ Dashboards but the counters do not work very well because som knobs can be turned too easily. The rattle mechanic should have been dimensioned bigger and tighter. I also think that the clamping mechanism onto the dashboard will probably not last very long. These items should have been designed a little more durable. I like that you can now choose different colors, I should have waited for that because I like black much more than brown. I am missing a complete set for All HQ products or at least a voucher code when ordering a large collection of HQ products. It would also be nice to have some separate items for card and token tray’s. Some are included in a foam set but it would be great to have some additional separate options. I’ve ordered a fez extra boxes for additional minis but a dedicated box with foam for additional 28-32mm mini’s would be great. mehr... weniger
