El producto genial. La atención al cliente.. deja que desear. El pedido tuvo un retraso y la empresa no contacto conmigo hasta que no les escribí un correo habiendo pasado la fecha de entrega. Al menos se podria haber enviado un correo de aviso de retraso por tranquilizar al cliente. El producto vino en buen estado, pero el embalaje destrozado. Se deberia dar cuenta de esto a la empresa de transporte y el cuidado de los paquetes. mehr... weniger

I love the product, it stores the miniatures in my game so much nicer than before. My only complaint is that the box doesn't close with the new inserts. Not even close. The cover is lifted about 2 inches from the bottom if I put all the inserts in. Maybe that isn't a design issue... just the nature of a foam insert. Still, I love the way everything is nicely stored now. mehr... weniger

Trays are vertical in the bag, which is fine with infantry ones but not that good with vehicle ones.

I thought the overall product quality for the HeroQuest mythic tier product was very good! Seeing the foam extend from the original box when in place, by nearly 10cm, was a bit disappointing but appreciate these things are tough to design and the inclusion of a support strap was helpful. It did appear that standing the miniatures up may have preserved some space, it would be great to see whether the foam compartments will ever see a redesign. The one standout item of the whole experience was the customer service - which was exceptional - kudos to the team at Feldherr! mehr... weniger

great product range but lacking options for some of the most up to date released for Legion e.g. fluttercraft, Snail tank and ISP. anyone reading this review after such foam trays are released lets say they took a long time to be released.

Feldherr are my go to for storage solutions for my miniature games. All my X-Wing is in Feldherr bags as are my Battletech minis. Won’t use anyone else. Shipping was prompt from mainland Europe and well packaged.

I'd heard good things about Feldherr. I purchased this storage solution without a moments thought. It does hold the whole mythic tier collection with ease, but it's far from a custom solution and fails to organise the contents of the mythic tier bundle. It's all safely stored which is priority number one, but the boxes are all jumbled up and, in some cases, the figures have A LOT of wiggle room to jump about in transit.
