The service was great, if anything, just the packing box that arrived (in the US) didn't met the product measures so was a little out of shape and tool some time to have it back. The colors of all layers weren't the same (some dark grey and others black). But otherwise the process was smooth and tghe product is excellent. I wish you have this product in US as you do with Amazon for others so more friends could enjoy it without long and costly shipping. Will be great if you created a product 2and3ft wide for the length of n scale flex track. Thank you! mehr... weniger

Excellent correspondence up until the point the package left the EU to UK (thanks Brexit!). Great product that did exactly as specified. Would definitely use again for future items. Website is easy to navigate and translates to the relevant language you need.

It is expensive, too expensive imho. I ordered a 3d printed insert for nemesis, it fits a bit janky, thought I would break it when assembling it. And Im not sure if the thought were that the parts could be separated on demand or if it is meant to be stuck like that.. I wont ever be able to separate them without breaking the joint so.. I would love a tool that lets me create my own custom trays. Maybe a tool with simple boolean operations where you can cut shapes using boxes, cylinders and spheres. Im not sure how production of that would work but that would be a gamechanger. mehr... weniger

Je n'ai rien a redire auprès de leurs produits. Mais il y a un vrai problème avec leurs service logistique. Sur mes 3 dernières commandes il y a eu un soucis pour chacune d'entre elle. Ils oublient de fusionner deux commandes pour l'expédition ou je reçois des boîte endommagé car celle ci ne sont pas protègees. Dommage car j'adore leurs produits et les délais de commande en magasin sont beaucoup trop long. mehr... weniger

I waited 3 weeks more than the site states with not in stock product. The courier service is either retarded, or you did not filled the forms right, but they could not catch me on the address (I doubt they tryed) and I had to contact them to find out, that they "don't have" my cell number, regardless of 2 missed calls from them early morning from previous day (from number to which you cannot call back, so I had to go trough stupid robot for 10 minutes to finally reach some operator). So basically, if I would ignore those 2 morning calls (each from different number, still the same company) then I think they would be happy that they tryed. Next time please use owl or a pigeon. mehr... weniger
