A bit hard to find what you are looking for or to see the true range of possibilities. A bit more sophisticated configurator like webpage solution would come handy. Otherwise the product itself, the speed of delivery the pricing is flawless.

All the foam pieces dont fit percectly into one of my boxes. Restocking is slow and opaque. Please add upon ordering approximately hiw long customers will have to wait before the order is shipped.

I’ve been buying Feldherr’s Warhammer Underworlds boxed sets for a number of years (I think I’ve got eight now) and I was disappointed with the new Underworlds starter box insert and the Wyrdhollow box insert. In the past, the foam inserts have come with custom cut holes for each model. Now they’re generic rectangles and the models don’t fit in them very well. I don’t think I’ll be buying Feldherr products in future if they’re going to continue with generic rectangle holes. The 3D-printed part for cards and tokens is cool though. mehr... weniger

Product didn't come with a lid, while being something any reasonable person would expect to come with a lid. Customer service was slow, and while in the end I have what I paid for it was much, much more painful and annoying than it needed to be.
