The only observation (not even a complaint) is that the English version of your website does not appear to be written by a native or truly fluent English speaker. There are a number of typos and strangely worded phrases. Certain pages also display untranslated German text, and anyone unable to speak German may have to go through several steps to mehr...

Shipping from Feldherr was fast. But UPS service was inferior. Not your fault, but shipping options would be nice

It is I suppose mostly outside of your control, but shipping of 10€ (to the Netherlands) for smaller orders is quite a lot. Though from 60€ it's free shipping, which is quite a good threshold. Most importantly, very happy with the products and their quality!
