The product I received from Feldherr exceeded my expectations. (I bought the storage box for the Resident Evil Board Game.) It came in an excellent condition and was very high quality. It held all of my miniatures and the board game perfectly. Their customer service was also top knotch, and I spoke with an employee directly when asking about my order. I am very happy with both the service and quality of Feldherr. I placed a large order on Wednesday and received it at my door on Monday morning (overseas delivery), free of charge. The product range is enormous, providing good solutions for storing my different miniatures (Flames of War, Warhammer, 40K and multibased historical miniatures). The Blackstone Fortress insert is very poor organized, the space for the cards are not for sleeved ones, is not clear how to insert all materials and there are no suggiestions at all. The problem with all the board pieces that is not clear how and where you think we can place. The only good thing is the miniature placement. The other boxes are huge, the ones for Hazards is bigger than a standard real boardgame box. The top of the box with the texture and your logo/name so big is terrible, maybe you can leave with the same color of the internal box and think for users to place a personal image on top, like a transparent pocket or something like that. mehr... weniger

Carry on to offer quality trays for our hobbies! And if I can tell you a suggestion: is that possible in future to have more specific Lord of the Rings HS (or not) trays (for Mumakil, banner bearer, Isengard pikes, siege engine, dragon...)

Very nice products, but too expensive. When you order for +200€, you expect to have a discount. And with you, nothing. Made good propuct is nice, now you need to learn to apply discount or packaging to give discount to big customers.
