Excellent service, the only improvement I would add is a better recommended section. For example a fitting bag/box to go with the foam.

Very nice products. Great range, and love that they are cut directly for the purpose - e.g. the Star Wars Legion AT-ST, which was a deal maker for me. But there where a tear in the FS004 sheet, just a small one, no problem i live with it. And some of the bottoms for the trays where glued on not alligned with the frame - no problem I live with it :-) mehr... weniger

Extremely happy with the products, great quality, fast delivery and it transformed my old game packages into something great, both my Resident Evil 2 boxes and HeroQuest boxes not effectively supports and protects everything along with being able to handle expansions and more inside the original boxes! I was missing almost half of my order but after contacting about it I received a response in 15 minutes and the missing products afaik are on their way. I ordered my bags to accomodate my Guild Ball models and was a bit let down that there were no specific products or kits for this range. I think Mini bag with "HS035C5BO" and "HSMEFF045BO" style of loadout would be suitable to one to two team carry. mehr... weniger

This is my second order with Feldherr and my sixth of their bags. Buying exactly what I wanted was easy and delivery was very quick. I would be very happy to not only recommend them to others but also to buy more in the future if I needed to.

Still the best option and best shop, if you want to buy cut foam for you minis. I'm their customer for years and all their bags and backbacks look almost like new and have very little wear margin.

Overall I've had a good experience. Friendly customer service and a good website with lots of good quality products. Some things, though, are subject to improvement. First of all the ordering process. A pop-up screen blocks my actions to check if I have he right code of the foamtray. I would appreciate a drag-and-drop to fill my bags with the wanted foam trays. Also, if there is a maximum on the number of mm of foam trays, there should be a warning if you go over this number of mm. I thought the ordering process was too complicated. In fact I concidered to buy a different storage system over yours because of the complex ordering. So there is a lot to gain on order entry. On shipping, feedback was scarce. There was no trace, and I had no idea of when my order would actually arrive. I had it delivered to my office. I walked in one day, and there my package was. Of course I was happy to receive it, but I would have appreciated it if I would have known it would be delivered that day. I had a badly experience with the shipping, you must send me the producto three times, with two different address and none arrives here. In the end you had give me back the money because was impossible. The communication with Christopher Muhlfed was fantastic in all the moments. Great worker, and great person.

I purchased one of your bags many years ago (about 10) and though the foam required some replacements the bag is still very good. That's why I came back, when ordering the foam I was delighted to see that you make foam trays for warhammer specifically. I would like to see foam trays for each army that will fit the larger models, though you are well on your way. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of your products and the way they where send to me. Keep up the good work. mehr... weniger
