The organizers have always been of the highest quality and the international shipping has been fast. I ordered one of the hard cases and when the package arrived, the box was destroyed, to the point of the packing material spilling out. Once I opened the package, the case wasn't even scratched. They are a little pricey, but well worth the cost.

The website is very userfriendly with plenty of useful pictures and exhaustive descriptions, the products are top notch. The shipment is super fast. If it wasnt for Feldherr I didnt get so many miniatures! Thanks for your great work.

I used to buy via amazon but they started disappearing from there. was happy to find an option to buy so i can finish storing my stuff. Looking forward to getting more for other projects.

Pick and pluck foam is not cut straight, everything is bend. The thicker your foam tray the less straight it becomes. There is also some color difference between the trays (even between the same trays) Website show perfectly straight trays but they aren't. Send an email about the shoddy quality but got no reply.

The shipment is too expensive and too slow.... I buy items at ebay or amazon, being delivered from EU or US, and they arrive earlier than yours.... I do not buy further items from you, because of time needed to arrive....
