Very good product, but in certain case, the product forgot something. Exemple, in the set for the game "black rose war" the big card for the first deck, don't have any placement in the foam. Not Very problematic.

It was a really long road for me to receive my complete order. Mistakes were made, in both inventory availability and in shipping. But once I actually received my order I was very satisfied with the final product. I would like to order again, but I will do so with my fingers crossed that it will go more smoothly next time.

I have done some orders with your brand and globaly I´ll continue to purchase for my games. But my last order was not as good as usual : one box (HSMB055) was already damaged when I opened the shipping box ! I hope you’ll be more vigilant about the quality of your goods

The cardboard box (medium size) feels so brittle, like no reinforcement at all and I fear I can bang it against whatever is in the way and it´d get deformed. Beside that, no other problem, really nice racks and such a nice customer service.

Shipping to the USA takes too long. Still waiting after 19 days since my order and still no delivery or status of my purchase.

Very good products. The foam trays were exactly what I was looking for. Shipping is fast and excellent and the customer service is also effective and friendly. I'm thinking of purchasing more and I tell my friends and fellow hobbyists about Feldherr's products!
