Great service from start to finish - ordered a custom bag and missed out a few foam trays. Got an email from customer service that let me know and got all the right ones ordered before shipping.

Excellent experience. The pictures of the foams with miniatures inside is super useful for finding the perfect size. The web shop has few missing links that don't redirect to the correct product.

Would like to see more foam inserts that utilise the boxes in box sets Even though all the items once made don’t fit in the box For instance the Warcry starter set box could be used to house all the miniatures, dice, game aids and cards with the terrain being stored in a separate box and foam For my Warcry storage I had to use Battlefoam products I hope you consider this for the new Necromunda Dark Uprising so that the box could have a dedicated insert to store everything except some of the bulkier built terrain pieces mehr... weniger

Excellent product and service, product is wide and varied. One slight improvement is possibly providing trays to fit specific larger scale figures from games workshop or forgeworld, it would be great to have a range of trays that would fit my vehicles and imperial knights. Thanks Gary

I had an issue with the shipping due to an error of amazon payments, but the service team was really prompt and helpful in my dealing with it. I already own several products from Feldherr, and it is usually my first go to solution for storing and transporting miniatures.

Great products, but wish for more form-fitting foam for specific games. The range of more generic inserts is great though, and a large chunk of my collection has some form of storage I can buy. Shipping sometimes kills it (thanks to living in a generally awful country), and DHL sucks. Today I received another delivery, which is nowhere near small enough to fit even in my large mailbox. But the delivery guy sure tried! Oh, he tried. It survived the delivery, but was hanging by a corner held in place by the mailbox lid. mehr... weniger

Overall very positive about Feldherr. They have a great range even though I feel like some sets haven't been finished, as example: There is a foam for storing some of the warcry terrain, but not the enitre set or other warhammer terrain. Shipping was fast, but on of my storage boxes had the top part ripped so I had to fix it with tape. Service was amazing, getting a fast response to my questions. I love my storage foam from Feldherr and would definitely order again! mehr... weniger

Wonderful product quality and customer support. Product range could use more custom fit foam. For example, Tauntaun/Rebel Veterans (Legion) tray does not custom fit the Tauntauns and the minis move a lot during transport. As an international customer (USA), I have had problems with the shipping (lack of options, weight specific rates instead of current flat rate choices). Shipping boxes have arrived damaged/crushed. Customer support saved the day, but there were costs for you and time for me. I am loyal due to this support and the absolute quality of the product. Thanks! mehr... weniger
