DHL Parcel is terrible, they had the whole address on the package and claimed there information missing for them to deliver. Only found out about this after contacting them via online form on their website. Asked to redirect it to dhl parcel point near me, never got a reply and had to go to there main point at the very edge of the city. Wasted some a lot of time on that. On a more positive note, the product is fantastic, package was well packed and not too big so it was easy to carry around on my way home. All on Feldherr's side was amazing, dhl parcel is a joke. mehr... weniger

Great product design and components; very high quality. One of my items arrived damaged during shipping and was replaced without difficulty. I really appreciate their customer service. Feldherr is a wonderful company to work with.

Was very happy with the foam tray received for the GW Assassinorum: Execution Force boxed game. All game models fit perfectly in the foam tray with ample depth for protecting the models.

I have always waited a way to keep my figure in excellent condition when being stored. The foam box insert was the best answer and I think the best choice on the market. I am delighted with it as it works perfectly.

Quality of goods: the glueing accuracy of the foam parts is terrible, they don't mach and don't look nice (I can make photos if you are interested) Value for money: seems to be very expensive for just the foam inserts. Packaging and shipping: The package I received had a huge tear (I have photos) on the side and if it wasn't just the foam inserts inside, the product would have been surely damaged. Usability and design: the smaller foam trays do not feel rigid enough. Also it was a suprise that the foam inserts do not fit into the original box, but overlap at the top. Should have checked the size I guess. Overall: This is a much needed product for the game, I was a bit disappointed by the quality for such a high price. I will probably still buy the other Dark Souls products you provide, but only beacuse there is no alternative :( mehr... weniger

I have been consistently impressed with Feldherr both the products and service. I love that you are always bringing out new foam for new games and it keeps me engaged and coming back for more!

Whilst I was provided exactly what I wanted, the product did not account for the cardboard game tiles, and the box will not close properly with the foam inlay and game tiles inside.
