EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. I was anxiously waiting for the arrival of the kinetic trainer from overseas. Many parts and no case/bag to carry, 8mm Plates are barely enough for a reasonable resistance for lower body exercises, and the strap also came loose each time I tried to increase speed of the squat, and eventually wore out after about 5 workouts. Takes forever to move between super set exercises.

Prompt response and service. I'm confident I'll get support if I ever need it, and not from a call centre in an entirely different country. Authentic and professional.

I have to say that the equipment I have recently purchased - I should of purchased years ago - the PRO rope trainer is a really great piece of equipment the kinetic trainer - is superb it really does work - once you set it up correctly
